A methodology built to last. A brand built to scale.

Qjarli is an academy, a methodology and a movement - founded on 35 years of real commercial experience at the highest levels, and built to grow beyond it. As the academy grows, so does its faculty - bringing the same Neuro-Commercial rigour across new learning series, new practitioners, new disciplines.

More about Pamela Spence and Qjarli.

The Intersection of Science and Commercial Growth

Operating at the sharp end of what works, utilising her BioMedical roots, Pamela has trained herself and the teams working with and around her to turn anxiety into confidence when going cold into the C-suite. First and foremost, Pamela is a Biochemist and her deep knowledge of physiology and neurology alongside social science and elite commercial strategy is unparalleled in understanding how humans feel and the boardroom interacts in the moment.

In 2025, she founded Qjarli, named after the Swahili word for 'care'—to help professionals bio-hack their state, turn anxiety into unshakeable belief, and comfortably trade in relationship capital. East Africa and the Maasai culture remains close to her heart since a rather ‘wild’ Trans Africa converted ex Army truck Overland trip in the early 1990’s.

As a Chartered Accountant and now a dedicated "dog mum," Pamela proudly admits her household is really run by her beloved Schnoodle, Scoobe, whose energy for life, starting fresh each day with a smile on his face (or rather wag of his tail), relentless optimism and endless excitement to explore keeps her focused on the right track in life.

Built on the intersection of strategic commercial growth and the uniquely human behaviours that AI cannot replace.

Whilst I have worked with hundreds of facilitators, what stood out was how humble and grounded you are. It’s rare to find subject matter experts of your calibre who go all out yet never impose anything.
